Returns
You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
For hygiene and personal care reasons, used products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
